Michele Wedemeier
Director
I joined the staff at Tomah school of childhood as a substitute teacher in September 2024, as well as became the treasurer on the board of directors. I come from a very extensive background in the medical field as well as working 4 years as a teacher at a licensed daycare here in Tomah. Most recently, I was a special education aide at the Sparta middle School. My husband, Tyler, and I have two children, Kylee, 14 and Oliver, 5. We live in the country in Tomah and enjoy spending time with our families, fishing, camping, and riding fourwheeler & dirtbike. We have 1 chocolate lab, Milo and 3 cats, Sunny, Ralph & Oreo.
Holly Larson
4K Teacher
I began my education as a student at the Tomah School of Childhood and am excited to be back for my 3rd year as the 4K teacher! Previously I taught kindergarten and 4K in the Sparta School District for 27 years. Seeing children develop a love of learning through exploration, discovery and play is a magical sight!
My family and I love cooking together, playing games, golfing, watching sports of all kinds and relaxing up north. My husband, Greg, and I have 3 amazing boys - Jakob (25) serves in the National Guard and is a police officer in the city of Sparta; Isaac (18) loves performing with show choir and theatre, and is starting his freshman year in college at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE; and Patrick (15) loves all things jazz related and performing on stage.
Linda Mesner
4K Assistant Teacher
I have been a part of the TSC staff for 28 years. I have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in both the 3K and 4K classrooms. I have 2 grown married children, a son Brett, and a daughter Casey. I also have a granddaughter, Sydney. Both of my kids attended Tomah School of Childhood. I am a huge sports fanatic!

My name is Ms. Truly. I am so excited to be your child's 3K teacher. I have a wonderful husband named Darryl and we have two amazing kids, Taylor & Dierks. We are a military family and moved all over. I love to cook, garden, and read. I true passion is teaching. I have my associates degree in Child Development. This will be my 10th year teaching.
